I’ve been working for the last 2 years as a Service Manager at Tattoo Heroes, where I self initiated and implemented various service design projects that have enhanced customer and employee experiences, one of which you can see here.

My journey in the design industry started long ago though, about 8 years from now. In 2017, fresh from University in São Paulo - Brazil, I was shortlisted for a design challenge and volunteer internship in Ukraine, where I met my last business partner. Together, we brought Colorado Tripod Company to life, in Denver, US. We raised money for production through a Kickstarter Campaign. I worked from concept and research to overseeing manufacturing, as well as managing relationships with customers, the photography community, employees, and suppliers, requiring me regular visits to eastern countries. The journey was fun, I learned a lot, and we won 4 major global design awards.

Later, moving to London, I worked for the fashion brand Sabry Marouf, helping them make the shift to eco-conscious manufacturing methods. I leaded the design process from concept to manufacturing of two collections, created various social media CGI materials, and directed photoshoots.

I’m currently open connections, conversations, and opportunities that may arise in the fields of User Research and Service Design and Product Design.
